We are looking for an Azure DevOps Engineer to build, deploy, automate, and support cloud-native services on Microsoft Azure. The role focuses on CI/CD, Terraform, Azure platform engineering, monitoring, troubleshooting, and application support.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for build, test, and deployment.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IaC).
- Manage and support Azure services including Functions, App Service, Containers, Service Bus, API Management, Entra ID, Managed Identity, Key Vault, and Redis Cache.
- Implement monitoring and observability using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
- Standardize deployments across Dev/Test/UAT/Pre-Prod/Prod environments.
- Support release governance, approvals, documentation, and rollback plans.
- Troubleshoot application/platform issues, perform incident triage and root-cause analysis.
- Monitor Service Bus queues/topics and DLQs, investigate failures,



and coordinate remediation.
- Participate in a weekly administrator/support rotation during business hours.

Must-Have Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Azure Repos, Pipelines, Environments, Approvals, and Artifacts.
- Strong Terraform / Infrastructure as Code experience.
- Positive troubleshooting skills using logs, metrics, and traces.
- Understanding of Azure VNets, Private Endpoints, RBAC, and Key Vault.
- Good knowledge of Git and modern SDLC practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have
- Azure certifications: Azure Administrator / Developer / DevOps Engineer Expert.
- Experience with Azure Functions, API Management, Service Bus, and Cosmos DB.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python and/or C# fundamentals.
