We are looking for a Recruitment Executive Non-IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various Non-IT positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling end-to-end Non-IT recruitment
- Should be capable of independently handling the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while working as part of a team.
- Screening and shortlisting profiles based on requirements
- Coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers
- Strong communication and client-handling skills required
- Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously
- Experience in bulk hiring or retail hiring will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or internship experience in Non-IT recruitment
- Staffing industry experience will be an added advantage
- Robust hands-on experience with Naukri
- Good sourcing skills
- Good communication skills.
