Telecaller — Genartml We are looking for a confident and communication-focused Telecaller to handle leads and support our sales process.
Responsibilities:
- Call and communicate with leads.
- Understand their requirements and qualify prospects.
- Explain GenArtML’s products and services.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Schedule meetings/demos with the sales or founding team.
- Maintain lead records and status.
- Achieve daily calling and qualified-lead targets.
Requirements:
- Robust communication skills in English/Hindi; Gujarati is a plus.
- Confident and persuasive communication.
- Good listening and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and professional attitude.
