We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer who can handle print and digital design work for our real estate newspaper, magazine, social media, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design newspaper and magazine pages (layout, typography, visual balance)
- Create creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and promotions
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and marketing materials
- Edit basic videos and reels for digital platforms
- Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs
- Coordinate with editorial and marketing team for timely delivery.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of video editing (any software)
- Robust working knowledge of Canva
- Good understanding of layout, typography, and color sense
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple projects.

Added Advantage:

- Prior experience in magazine or newspaper page designing
- Experience in media, publishing, or real estate sector
