Job Summary

AISHPR Green Energy Private Limited is looking for a responsible and organized Back Office Executive to support daily administrative and operational activities. The candidate will coordinate with sales, project, and accounts teams to ensure smooth office operations and proper documentation of solar projects.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle daily office operations and administrative work

* Prepare quotations, proposals, invoices, and project documentation

* Maintain customer records and update company databases

* Coordinate with vendors, clients, and field engineers

* Manage emails, phone calls, and follow-up communications

* Support tender documentation and government portal work

* Maintain Excel reports, MIS reports, and project status updates

* Assist in billing, payment follow-ups, and inventory records

* Prepare presentations and official letters when required





* Ensure proper filing and documentation of solar projects

Required Skills

* Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

* Basic knowledge of email handling and internet operations

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Good organizational and time management abilities

* Ability to work in a team environment

* Basic knowledge of solar industry documentation is preferred

Qualification

* Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA / MBA preferred)

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in back office or administration work preferred

* Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply
