Field Sales Executive – Software Division

? Field – Tiruppur, Erode & Surrounding Areas (Office base: Tiruppur) | Full time | 1–2 Years Experience

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month + Travel Allowance + Per-Demo Incentive (Total potential up to ₹27,000+/month)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Mon–Sat | Sunday Off

Role Overview

100% outdoor B2B field sales role — not telecalling or office-based. Visit factories, textile units & manufacturing companies daily, meet decision makers, introduce Yespee HRIS/HRMS software, and fix confirmed demo appointments for the Revenue Manager.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit 5–7 companies/day (100+ visits/month) across Tiruppur & Erode
- Meet decision makers (HR/accounts/admin head/owner)



& pitch HRIS/HRMS software
- Identify HR & payroll pain points — manual registers, Excel errors, PF/ESI stress
- Fix 15–20 qualified demo appointments/month
- Collect contacts & update CRM daily; follow structured follow-up plan
- Support 3–5 confirmed conversions/month through post-demo follow-up
- Submit daily visit report by 6:30 PM

Requirements

- Any Graduate/Diploma holder (stream doesn't matter)
- Min 1 year in field sales/B2B sales/direct marketing (FMCG, insurance, telecom DSA backgrounds adapt well)
- Mandatory: Own two-wheeler with valid licence; willing to travel 30–50 km daily
- Confident face-to-face communication; fluent Tamil + basic English
- Basic smartphone skills (WhatsApp, Google Maps, CRM/Sheets)
- Self-driven, comfortable working outdoors full-day
