Job Title: RecruiterJob SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely hiring of quality talent.

- Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand job requirements from hiring managers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate salary and assist in the offer and onboarding process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.




- Required SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.
- Qualifications - Bachelor's degree OR H S PASS in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and an interest in recruitment may also apply.
- Preferred QualitiesPositive attitude and self-motivation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Team player with strong problem-solving skills.
