We are hiring Telecallers, Counsellors, and Receptionist cum Telecallers for our office. We are looking for candidates with good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customers professionally.

? Job ResponsibilitiesTelecaller

- Make outbound calls to customers/leads.
- Explain our products/services clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain call and customer records.
- Achieve assigned targets.

Counsellor

- Handle customer enquiries and provide proper guidance.
- Explain available courses/services and related information.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly targets.

Receptionist Cum Telecaller

- Welcome and assist visitors at the reception.




- Attend incoming calls and handle enquiries.
- Make follow-up calls to leads/customers.
- Maintain basic office records.
- Coordinate with the team for daily office activities.
- ✅ Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and presentable.
- Hindi communication required; knowledge of English/Punjabi is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
