- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Explain product features, advantages, premiums, and policy terms clearly.
- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and policy persistency.
- Follow company processes, ethical sales practices, and regulatory guidelines.
