We are looking for a Telecaller cum Computer Operator to handle customer calls, follow-ups, data entry, and day-to-day computer-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

* Make and receive customer calls and provide necessary information.

* Follow up with customers and maintain positive communication.

* Handle data entry and update records accurately.

* Manage customer information, documents, and basic office records.

* Prepare reports and maintain Excel sheets.

* Handle emails, WhatsApp communication, and other basic computer tasks.

* Coordinate with the team for daily work and customer requirements.

* Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.

* Perform other general office and computer-related duties as required.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and computer operations.

* Comfortable with calling and customer interaction.

* Good typing and data-entry skills.

* Fresher and experienced candidates can apply.
