MIS / Data & CRM Executive – Gurgaon

We are looking for a smart, energetic and data-driven MIS / Data Executive to join our Gurgaon office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, Google Sheets, Excel, CRM systems and online research, and wants to build a long-term career with an organisation working across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage MIS reports, trackers and dashboards

• Work extensively on Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

• Analyse and interpret data and provide meaningful reports to management

• Maintain, clean and update candidate and client databases

• Work on Zoho CRM / Zoho Recruit and ensure data accuracy

• Research professionals and companies using LinkedIn

• Create reports on team activity, candidate pipelines and business performance

• Track daily, weekly and monthly productivity numbers

• Identify gaps, duplicates and incorrect data

• Support management with accurate and timely information for decision-making

Skills We Are Looking For:

• Very good knowledge of Google Sheets

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Comfortable with formulas, filters, sorting,



Pivot Tables and data analysis

• Good understanding of MIS reporting

• Ability to understand and interpret numbers

• Comfortable working on LinkedIn

• Experience with Zoho CRM / Zoho Recruit will be an advantage

• Good internet research skills

• Fast learner with strong attention to detail

• Good written and spoken English

• Responsible, organised and comfortable working in a fast-paced office
