Telecaller – Job Description

Only Female Telecallers are required.

Position: Telecaller

Location: Mahankali Nagar, Kukatpally

Qualification: Minimum 10th Class Pass

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Salary: ₹7,000-₹8,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the services/opportunities.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Understand customer requirements and assist them accordingly.
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
- Handle customer objections professionally and politely.
- Achieve assigned calling and follow-up goals.

Required Skills:

- Good verbal communication skills
- Basic English and/or Telugu communication
- Confident and polite manner
- Good listening and convincing skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone
