- Job Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately from the dark store as per the order list.
- Locate products quickly using the store’s picking system/app.
- Check product name, quantity, size, and expiry before picking.
- Ensure picked items are in good condition and suitable for delivery.
- Handle products carefully to avoid damage or leakage.
- Keep the picking area clean and organized.
- Complete orders within the required time to meet delivery targets.
- Coordinate with packers and store staff when there are product or order issues.
- Follow Blinkit’s store, safety, hygiene, and operational guidelines.
- RequirementsMinimum qualification: 10th pass preferred.
- Freshers can apply; previous retail, warehouse, or quick-commerce experience is an advantage.
- Basic ability to use a smartphone and order-picking app.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
