Job Summary

We are looking for passionate and experienced Pre-Primary Teachers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in preschool or kindergarten teaching and a strong passion for nurturing young children through creative and engaging learning methods.

The candidate will be responsible for creating a positive classroom environment, conducting age-appropriate learning activities, and supporting the overall emotional, social, and cognitive development of children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct engaging classroom activities for preschool children.
- Create age-appropriate lesson plans and learning materials.
- Foster a secure, caring, and interactive classroom environment.
- Implement play-way and activity-based teaching methods.
- Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development.
- Monitor student progress and provide individual attention where required.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development and classroom activities.




- Maintain classroom discipline and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and management to enhance learning outcomes.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good classroom management abilities.
- Creativity and patience while handling children.
- Knowledge of phonics, storytelling, rhymes, and activity-based learning.
- Ability to create an engaging and child-friendly atmosphere.

Eligibility Criteria

- 1–3 years of experience as a Preschool / Pre-Primary / Kindergarten Teacher.
- Degree or Diploma
- Female candidates preferred.
