We are looking for an energetic and confident Admission Counsellor / Field Executive for student admission promotion and pamphlet distribution.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDistribute admission pamphlets in colleges, schools, coaching centres and nearby areas.
- Interact with students and parents and explain course/admission details.
- Generate admission enquiries and leads.
- Collect student contact details and maintain basic records.
- Follow up with interested students through phone/WhatsApp.
- Assist the admission team in converting enquiries into admissions.
- Achieve daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Conduct regular field visits as required.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi communication is required.
- Basic English communication preferred.
- Marathi communication will be an advantage.
- Valuable convincing and counselling skills.
- Comfortable with field work and pamphlet distribution.
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp and data-entry knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
- Fresher candidates are welcome.
