Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, and should be confident in handling customers, generating leads, conducting property visits, and closing sales.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and follow up on leads for residential and commercial properties.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Contact prospective customers through calls, messages, and other channels.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with interested customers.
- Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant details.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing property deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, site visits,
and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Keep updated with local real estate market trends and property developments.
- RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.
- Previous experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel for property/site visits.
