*? Salary Structure (Based on Experience)

? Freshers CTC: ₹20,000 Take-Home: ₹16,000 = 240,000 LPA

? PF & ESI deductions applicable

? Performance Incentives: Earn up to ₹80,000

? Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

? Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed) and all Govt Holidays

Responsibilities :

Interact with customers through calls and digital platforms

Maintain and manage customer bank accounts

Assist customers with loan applications

Support credit card processing and customer queries

Build robust and long-term relationships with banking customers

Work closely with Axis Bank customers to ensure service satisfaction

Follow banking policies, compliance standards, and process guidelines
