- Deliver physiotherapy sessions — both home-visit and virtual — with a focus on functional independence
- Translate assessment results into a personalised physiotherapy/exercise plan aligned with the client's recommended care tier.
- Track client progress across assessment dimensions and adjust plans accordingly.
- Communicate clearly with clients and families about progress, in plain, non-clinical language.
- Coordinate with the Care Advisor on client engagement and adherence to exercise programs.
- Monitor progress and update clinical records regularly.
- Participate in community assessment sessions (RWA/apartment outreach events) as needed.
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT) — freshers and recent graduates welcome; up to ~1 year of experience is fine.
- Genuine interest in geriatric care and healthy ageing — this is not a sports/ortho-only physio role.
- Comfortable conducting home visits across Bangalore (own transport preferred).
- Strong communication skills — able to explain conditions and plans to elderly clients and their families in easy, reassuring language.
- Patient, empathetic manner suited to working with elderly clients and sensitive family conversations.
- Comfortable being an early team member in a startup — processes are still being built, and you'll help shape them rather than follow a fixed playbook.
- Comfortable conducting assessments and sessions over video call, not just in person — Aarolife's assessment and care flow is app-based and evolving, and virtual delivery is a core part of the role.
