Job Title: Telecaller – Personal Loan

Department: Sales / Banking

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers regarding personal loan offers.

- Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and basic terms clearly to customers.

- Understand customer requirements and generate qualified leads.

- Follow up with interested customers and assist them through the loan application process.

- Collect required customer information and coordinate with the sales/loan processing team.

- Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up details.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.

- Maintain professional communication and valuable customer relationships.

- Ensure customer information is handled responsibly and confidentially.





Eligibility & Skills

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English; regional language is an advantage.

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.

- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
