Job Title: Production & Quality In-Charge

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated candidate with a strong interest in the Mechanical Engineering field to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and control the quality of all production activities.
- Ensure that manufactured components meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Supervise day-to-day shop floor operations and production processes.
- Coordinate with machine operators, supervisors, and management to achieve production targets.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.
- Identify production or quality issues and take corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping throughout the plant.
- Manage manpower, production planning,



and overall plant operations.

Candidate Requirements:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Strong interest in manufacturing and quality control.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of CNC machining, quality inspection, engineering drawings, and measuring instruments will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with a passion for manufacturing are welcome to apply. Experienced candidates are also encouraged to apply.
