We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience, preferably from a CA firm, to manage accounting operations, taxation assignments, client coordination, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities for multiple clients.
- Review and finalize books of accounts, ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Review GST returns, TDS returns, tax computations, and related workings.
- Coordinate with clients for accounting data, documents, and compliance requirements.
- Supervise and review the work of accountants and junior team members.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance assignments.
- Assist in preparation of MIS reports, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account, and other financial reports.
- Handle client queries related to accounting and taxation.
- Coordinate with the CA/Partner for audits, assessments, notices, and other assignments.
- Monitor work allocation, deadlines, and overall team performance.




- Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and compliance records for all clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 3–4+ years of relevant experience in a CA firm / tax consultancy / accounting firm.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Experience in handling multiple clients and managing accounting teams.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Preferred CandidateCandidates who have handled multiple SME/company clients in a CA firm and have experience in accounting finalization, GST/TDS compliance, audit support, and client coordination will be preferred.
