Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day HR and Personnel & Administration activities.
- Interview coordination, onboarding and joining formalities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation.
- Manage payroll inputs, overtime, shift schedules and employee-related data.
- Handle statutory compliance for PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Coordinate with government departments, labour authorities and external agencies whenever required.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and HR-related queries.
- Manage manpower planning and coordinate with departments for staffing requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS and other management reports.
- Manage employee welfare activities, canteen, transportation, housekeeping, security and other administrative services.
- Coordinate training, employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, rules and procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation and support internal/external audits.




- Handle general administration and facility-related activities.
- Handle Contract Labour Management.

Specific Requirements:

- Graduate in HR, Personnel Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- MBA/PG Diploma in HR will be an added advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR, Personnel & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing/industrial organisation.
- Good knowledge of Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
- Good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and HRMS.
- Ability to handle employees, contractors and administrative activities independently.
- Robust organisational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/industrial environment and in accordance with company requirements.
- First Priority will be given to candidates residing in Bavla & nearby areas.
