Positive salary package based on Experience
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Reconcile accounts regularly, including ledgers, journals bank statements, and internal records.
- Process outgoing payments for vendors, suppliers, and contractors per company policies.
- Follow up on overdue customer invoices and manage collections in coordination with the sales or credit department.
- Ensure that accounts receivable & payable records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Maintain records of employee payments, tax withholdings, and any deductions, and ensure all payroll-related filings are completed on time.
- Prepare and file tax returns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on changes in tax laws and implement them accordingly.
- Ensure all financial records are stored securely and are accessible for reference or audit.
