Ywork.ai is a UK-based AI company taking on one of the biggest problems in the $11 trillion global construction industry: estimation. Our platform automates quantity takeoffs, helping contractors across the US and UK save reliable time and estimate more accurately. We’re founded by an IIM Ahmedabad graduate and an ex-VP of Barclays, who between them have built companies across IoT, industrial tech, and FinTech before going all-in on AI. Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat

Training Stipend: Rs 25,000/month

Training Duration: 3 months

Start: Immediate

PPO: Rs 4.8–12 LPA for top performers

Graduation Stream: BBA/B.Com/MBA/B.Tech/B.E. (all branches are allowed)

What You’ll Do





– Run real outbound sales for our AI product across the US and UK construction industry

– Research markets and customer profiles

– Run email and LinkedIn campaigns

– Find and qualify leads, and set up meetings with international clients

– Support demos and follow-ups, and keep the CRM updated

What We’re Looking For

– Recent Graduates who can join full time WFO in Gandhinagar. (2026,2025 Batch)

– Fluent English, spoken and written

– Confident and comfortable talking to people

– Curious about sales, SaaS, or international markets
