Key Responsibilities

- Manage and track all company Vans, FTL and commercial vehicles, including maintenance, servicing, breakdowns and daily operations.
- Develop and manage transport vendors/fleet owners from the market, negotiate rates and close vehicle requirements.
- Arrange Adhoc, monthly and emergency replacement vehicles from the market whenever required.
- Handle current customer requirements from vehicle sourcing → negotiation → deployment → successful closure.
- Manage drivers, including driver hiring, replacement, attendance, salary, performance and documentation.
- Handle vehicle RC, insurance, permits, fitness, road tax, RTO work, challans and renewals.
- Coordinate with customers, vendors, drivers and internal teams to ensure timely vehicle placement and smooth operations.
- Maintain a reliable network/database of Vans, FTL vehicles, transporters and drivers.
- Be comfortable with field visits for vendor development, vehicle sourcing, driver hiring and RTO/transport-related work.
- Take complete ownership of transport requirements and resolve operational issues independently.
