About the Role - We are looking for a Female Medical Representative (MR) to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with doctors, hospitals, diagnostic labs, NGOs, and healthcare organizations through regular field visits.

Key Responsibilities'

- Visit doctors, hospitals, diagnostic labs, NGOs, clinics, and healthcare organizations regularly.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Introduce and promote the company's healthcare and fertility-focused products/services.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits and follow up with doctors and healthcare partners.




- Maintain a database of doctors, hospitals, labs, and other healthcare contacts.
- Achieve assigned business and field-visit targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports regarding field activities and meetings.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory as required.

Requirements-Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Representative / Field Sales Executive / Healthcare Sales Executive.

- Female candidates preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good relationship-building and convincing abilities.
- Comfortable with extensive field work and daily travel.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical, diagnostic, or nutraceutical industry will be preferred.
- Should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Candidates should be based in or around Kolkata, West Bengal.
