? Role: Home Loan Officer – Full Time Employee

? Salary: Up to ₹6.5 LPA

⏳ Experience: 1–4 years

? Age: Maximum 27 years

? Key Responsibilities

- Generate Home Loan / LAP leads through field visits, local markets, referrals and databases.

- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.

- Acquire new customers and build strong customer relationships.

- Manage the complete sales cycle from sourcing to disbursement.

- Coordinate with internal teams and customers for documentation and approvals.

- Handle post-sales service and customer queries.





- Develop relationships with principals, references and local market networks.

? Candidate Requirements

- 1–4 years of proven field sales experience in Home Loans, LAP, Mortgage Loans or Banking Sales.

- Robust sales, negotiation and relationship-management skills.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Good knowledge of the local market.

- Target-oriented with strong business acumen.

- Strong career stability is preferred. Candidates with frequent job changes may not be considered.
