We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Team Leader to manage and motivate the sales team, drive property sales, and achieve monthly business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, guide, and motivate a team of real estate sales executives.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team.
Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales targets.
Generate leads and ensure proper follow-up with potential clients.
Handle client queries, negotiations, and property-related discussions.
Conduct regular team meetings and provide sales training/coaching.
Track leads, site visits, conversions, and overall team performance.
Coordinate with channel partners, developers, and internal teams.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
