? Salary: 32K to 38K + Service Charge (Based on experience & interview performance).

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and manage the kitchen team

✔ Ensure consistent food quality and presentation

✔ Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

✔ Inventory Management & Stock Control

✔ Food Costing, Cost Analysis & Cost Control

✔ Store Management, Stock Planning & Material Requisition

✔ Monitor daily consumption and minimize wastage

✔ Train, mentor, and develop the kitchen team

✔ Proven experience in team handling and kitchen operations
