The Retail Team Leader is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, leading the retail team, ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining store standards. The role requires robust leadership skills and hands-on experience in retail store management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and guide store associates during daily operations.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Monitor store sales performance and support achievement of sales targets.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and merchandising activities.
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Conduct daily team briefings and motivate staff to improve performance.
- Handle billing, cash management, and store opening/closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and safety standards.




- Coordinate with vendors and warehouse teams for stock availability.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees.
- RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in supermarkets, grocery, FMCG, or organic retail stores.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Good understanding of inventory management and retail KPIs.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge.
