About the RolePowerline Enterprises is looking for a responsible and enthusiastic CRM Executive to manage customer communication, follow-ups, order coordination, and customer relationships.
The candidate will be responsible for regularly communicating with customers, maintaining CRM records, following up on leads and existing customers, and coordinating with the sales and operations teams.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer communication through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and regularly update customer information in the CRM.
- Follow up with existing customers for repeat orders.
- Contact customers who have not ordered recently.
- Maintain daily follow-up records and customer status.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, stock, pricing, and deals.
- Share available products, new stock, and offers with customers.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for customer requirements.
- Follow up on pending quotations, orders, and payments.
- Ensure timely follow-up on all leads and customer inquiries.
- Maintain daily CRM reports and provide updates to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify opportunities to generate repeat business.
- Escalate customer issues to the concerned team and ensure proper coordination for resolution.
- Requirements1–2 years of experience in CRM, telecalling, customer support, sales coordination, or similar roles.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone and WhatsApp.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Good customer-handling ability.
- Organized and disciplined in maintaining records.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in B2B/wholesale sales will be an added advantage.
