- Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
- Role: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
- Shift: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
- Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Up to ₹70,000 – ₹80,000+ per month based on performance
- Qualification: HSC / Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in recruitment, preferably BPO recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Recruit candidates for BPOs & MNCs as per client requirements.

Source, screen and shortlist candidates through various channels.

Coordinate interviews and follow up until joining.

Achieve daily/monthly hiring targets.





Maintain candidate database and recruitment pipeline.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months recruitment experience, preferably BPO hiring.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple requirements.

Immediate joiners / short notice preferred.
