About the Role: Star Info Lab is looking for a motivated Sales Executive Intern to join our team and promote Star CRM and our IT & digital services. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of sales experience and be confident in communicating with customers, generating leads, and converting prospects into clients.

- Key Responsibilities: Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other channels.
- Contact potential customers and understand their business requirements.
- Explain Star CRM features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients.
- Promote Star Info Lab's website, app development, digital marketing, CRM, and other IT services.
- Conduct product/service demonstrations when required.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convert qualified leads into customers.
- Maintain daily sales and lead reports.




- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the development and support team for customer requirements.
- RequirementsMinimum 6 months of sales experience preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with customers.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet-based software.
- Ability to understand customer requirements.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of CRM/software products will be an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with robust communication and sales skills may also be considered.
