We are looking for a sincere, organised and responsible Packaging Assistant to handle the end-to-end packing and dispatch process for customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick and verify products as per customer orders
- Pack crystals, jewellery and fragile products safely and neatly
- Follow the company’s packaging standards and protocols
- Read order details, labels and basic instructions in English
- Write/print and attach shipping labels correctly
- Cross-check customer name, address, products and quantities before dispatch
- Prepare parcels for courier pickup and shipping
- Maintain packing materials and inform the team when stock needs replenishment
- Keep the packaging area clean, organised and systematic
- Coordinate with the team regarding pending, urgent or incomplete orders
- Help maintain basic dispatch/order records
- Ensure every parcel is properly packed and ready for safe delivery
Requirements:
- Basic English reading and writing skills
- Ability to understand and follow instructions accurately
- Positive attention to detail
- Responsible and careful while handling products
- Willingness to learn the complete packaging and dispatch process
- Ability to work efficiently during high-volume order periods
