About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Sales Executive to manage and grow our sales on Etsy and eBay. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of hands-on experience managing online marketplaces, preferably in the jewelry, gemstones, fashion accessories, or similar product categories.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day operations of Etsy and eBay stores.
- Create, optimize, and maintain product listings with SEO-friendly titles, descriptions, tags, and keywords.
- Conduct keyword and competitor research to improve product visibility and sales.
- Manage product uploads, variations, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
- Monitor orders and coordinate with the team for timely processing and dispatch.
- Handle customer messages, inquiries, reviews, returns, and order-related issues professionally.
- Monitor store performance, sales, traffic, conversion rates, and other marketplace metrics.
- Develop strategies to increase Etsy and eBay sales and overall store growth.
- Manage Etsy Ads, eBay promotions, discounts, and other available marketing tools.
- Identify trending products, keywords, and market opportunities.




- Analyze competitors and implement strategies to improve rankings and sales.
- Maintain excellent customer service and marketplace performance standards.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 4 years of practical experience in Etsy and eBay store management/sales.
- Strong knowledge of Etsy SEO and eBay SEO.
- Experience in product listing optimization and keyword research.
- Good understanding of marketplace algorithms, ranking factors, and sales strategies.
- Experience handling international customers and orders.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and sales reporting.
- Ability to analyze sales data and make decisions based on performance.
- Experience with jewelry/gemstones or other fashion/luxury products will be an added advantage.
- Candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing marketplace operations.

Preferred Candidate

We are particularly interested in candidates who have proven experience increasing Etsy/eBay store sales, improving product rankings, and managing a large number of listings.

Candidates with 4+ years of direct Etsy & eBay experience will be preferred.
