*Job Opening – Customer Relationship Executive (CRM)*

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRM) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

* Call prospective clients and explain our RERA Agent Registration services.

* Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into clients.

* Coordinate with clients for documents and application progress.

* Follow up with existing clients for pending payments.

* Send payment reminders through calls and WhatsApp.

* Maintain client records, lead status, and payment updates in Excel/CRM.

* Coordinate with the operations and accounts team for smooth processing.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:

* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

* Confident, polite, and professional on calls.

* Positive follow-up and convincing skills.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

* Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or collections is preferred.

Experience: 1–3 Years

Location: work from home (office once a week or twice a month)

Salary: Best as per experience
