- ✅ Key ResponsibilitiesAttend showroom walk-in customers professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries via Phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Email.
- Manage and follow up on IndiaMART and TradeIndia inquiries.
- Prepare quotations using Microsoft Excel and send them to clients.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams for timely order execution.
- Assist in exhibitions,



promotional events, and marketing activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and build long-term customer relationships.
- ✅ RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, Internet).
- Smart personality with valuable customer handling skills.
- Sales experience is preferred (Freshers with a positive attitude may also apply).
