Job Description: HR Executive – Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

About the Role - We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive who has hands-on experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling multiple recruitment tasks and working in a target-driven environment.

Candidates with experience in the Stock Market Advisory, Financial Services, Stock Broking, Trading, Research, or Fintech industry will be given preference

Key ResponsibilitiesHandle

end-to-end recruitment process:

- Candidate sourcing
- Resume screening
- Interview scheduling
- Candidate follow-up
- Offer negotiation

Manage recruitment for multiple profiles including:

- Sales Executives
- Pre-Sales Executives
- Business Development Executives
- Stock Market Advisors
- Research-related profiles

- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for urgent hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.




- Conduct initial HR screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Handle multiple hiring tasks simultaneously and manage recruitment targets.
- Maintain recruitment reports, candidate databases, and joining records.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing candidates through job portals.
- Positive communication and candidate handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet hiring deadlines.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.

Industry Preference Candidates having experience in any of the following industries will be preferred:
