Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) for our Field Sales team in Agra. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in field sales and preferably have worked with platforms such as IndiaMART, Justdial, or TradeIndia.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through field visits and direct sales.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into business.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits and maintain customer follow-ups.




- Handle and demonstrate Swipe Machine/POS Machine products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 6 months of relevant field sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates should preferably have previous work experience with IndiaMART, Justdial, or TradeIndia.
- Swipe Machine/POS Machine sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidate should have positive communication and convincing skills.
- Strong field-sales and customer-handling skills.
- Job gap of more than 1 month is not acceptable.
- Should be comfortable with field sales and daily market visits.
- Must be target-oriented and willing to achieve sales goals.
