Woscher is a leading brand in car care & cleaning solutions, offering high-pressure washers, tyre inflators, vacuum cleaners, and auto accessories. We sell across India through our website, Amazon, and Flipkart.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Sales Management - Handle customer inquiries from woscher.com, Amazon, Flipkart. Process orders, confirm payments, coordinate dispatch. Upsell/cross-sell Woscher products.
2. Customer Support - Resolve pre-sales & post-sales queries via call, WhatsApp, email. Explain product features, warranty, usage. Manage returns, replacements, warranty claims.
3. Marketplace Operations - Update listings, stock, pricing on Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central. Track daily orders, shipments, reviews. Coordinate with marketplace support.
4. Sales Reporting - Maintain daily sales tracker.



Share order status and revenue reports. Help achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

- 0-2 years experience in online sales, e-commerce, or telecalling
- Positive communication in Hindi & basic English
- Comfortable with computers, WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive, target-oriented, customer-friendly
- Must be from Delhi/NCR. Work from office in Burari, Kaushik Enclave

- Fixed salary Rs. 12000 – 15000 (The final salary will be decide upon interview)
