Job Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from US-based customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable telecom products/services. - Convert inbound leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion.
- Build customer rapport and achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive experience. Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International/US Sales.
- Excellent spoken English and solid communication skills.
- Clear pronunciation, good grammar and confident conversation skills. - Strong sales and convincing abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
