We're looking for a Key Account Executive who can build robust relationships with restaurant partners, improve account performance, and help our partners grow their business on Potafo.

What You'll Do
- Manage Key Restaurant Accounts: Own an assigned portfolio of restaurant partners and act as their primary point of contact.
- Drive Account Growth: Work with partners to improve orders, revenue, AOV, customer ratings, and overall performance.
- Build Strong Relationships: Maintain regular engagement with restaurant owners and managers to strengthen long-term partnerships.




- Improve Partner Performance: Track key metrics such as orders, AOV, ratings, preparation time, cancellations, and SLA adherence, and take corrective actions where required.
- Drive Visibility & Promotions: Promote sponsored listings, visibility packages, offers, and campaigns that help restaurants grow on the platform.
- Execute Campaigns: Coordinate with restaurant partners and the Marketing team to execute seasonal promotions and growth initiatives.
- Retain & Reactivate Partners: Identify inactive or underperforming accounts and work on improving engagement and performance.
- Handle Commercial Discussions: Support negotiations around offers, promotions, visibility, and partnership terms.
- Resolve Partner Issues: Coordinate with Operations, Customer Support, Finance, and Tech teams to resolve vendor concerns quickly.
