About th role: ADM is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Account Manager - Oilseed Meals to drive business growth across South India. The role is responsible for developing strategic relationships with poultry, aqua, and livestock feed manufacturers while expanding ADMs presence across the protein meal market.

The successful candidate will own key customer accounts, identify current business opportunities, understand customers feed formulation requirements, and promote ADMs complete portfolio of protein ingredients including Soybean Meal, Groundnut Meal, Rapeseed Meal, DDGS, DORB, and other feed ingredients.

Working closely with the Trading team, the Key Account Manager will generate demand, provide market intelligence, identify sourcing opportunities, and contribute to profitable business growth through exceptional customer engagement.
Key Account Management
- Develop and manage long term relationships with poultry, aqua, cattle, and livestock feed manufacturers across South India.




- Become the primary commercial contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Develop account growth strategies to increase business with existing customers.
- Improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new feed manufacturing customers across assigned territories.
- Increase ADMs market penetration in South India.
- Expand customer coverage across poultry, aqua, cattle, and integrated feed businesses.
- Identify opportunities for cross selling multiple protein ingredients.
Sales Management
- Promote and sell ADMs complete protein meal portfolio including: Soybean Meal, Groundnut Meal, Rapeseed Meal, DDGS, DORB, Other feed ingredients introduced by ADM
- Achieve annual sales volume and gross margin targets.
- Maximize customer share of wallet.
Customer Relationship Management
- Understand customers formulation requirements, consumption patterns, and purchasing behaviour.
