Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive sales and generate business for Sets in the City and The Whispering Woods. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client follow-ups, property visits, and converting enquiries into bookings across weddings, corporate events, social events, stays, and other hospitality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, references, and market visits.
- Handle enquiries for weddings, events, corporate bookings, parties, stays, and other venue requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct property visits and present venue packages and offerings to clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, wedding planners, event agencies, and other business partners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and packages based on client requirements.




- Coordinate with Operations, F&B;, and other teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Hospitality, Events, Banquets, or related industries.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident and presentable personality with robust client-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach to sales.
- Comfortable making calls, conducting follow-ups, and meeting clients.
- Willing to travel locally for business development when required.
- Experience in hotel, resort, banquet, wedding, or event sales will be preferred.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (In-Hand) + incentives, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
