Role Description

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for daily tasks, including handling customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining client communication. Additional responsibilities involve developing sales strategies, closing sales,



and collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities :
- Attracting new prospects and developing a sales pipeline.
- Informing customers about shipment status and assisting with other inquiries
- Providing shipping quotes to customers.
- Assist with quoting, order entry, and coordinating shipments with carriers and customers.
- Communicate with carriers to confirm availability, rates, and transit times.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets.

Qualifications
- Research and marketing skills.
- Good knowledge of core sales and Business Development Strategy.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Freight brokerage experience is a plus.
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus.
