Utility & Factory Maintenance Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Utility & Factory Maintenance Engineer/Executive to ensure the smooth, protected, and efficient operation of factory machinery, utilities, and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of factory equipment and utilities.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, DG sets, compressors, pumps, motors, panels, HVAC, and other utility equipment.
- Monitor and maintain machines, production support systems, and facility infrastructure.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize machine downtime.
- Identify recurring equipment problems and implement effective corrective actions.
- Coordinate with external service providers, contractors, and maintenance vendors.




- Maintain maintenance records, checklists, spare-parts inventory, and equipment history.
- Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for cost and energy savings.
- Ensure proper availability of critical spares and maintenance tools.
- Support installation, commissioning, shifting, and modification of machinery and utilities.
- Ensure compliance with factory safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized factory environment.
- Prepare regular maintenance reports and update management on breakdowns, repairs, and pending activities
