We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Learning & Development (L&D;) Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of employee learning initiatives. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and passionate about employee development. This role involves coordinating training programs, maintaining learning records, assisting with content creation, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs.

Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and learning documentation.

Assist in creating, updating, and formatting training materials and presentations.

Track training completion and prepare learning reports and dashboards.





Collect participant feedback and assist in evaluating training effectiveness.

Coordinate with internal trainers, external vendors, and department stakeholders.

Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Help identify learning needs through surveys and feedback.

Ensure training records are accurate and up to date.

Assist with employee engagement and capability-building initiatives as required.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
