Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Sales Intern – Inside Sales to join our sales team. This role is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in Inside Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management.

The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calling, online research, databases, and other sources.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products/services.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email.




- Maintain regular communication with leads throughout the sales cycle.
- Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM / Excel trackers.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- Handle basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Participate in sales campaigns and promotional activities.
- Prepare basic sales reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
