Job Description
Ashiyana Design World is looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales Manager with 2+ years of sales experience to join our team.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients, promoting our interior design and construction services, and converting prospects into customers.
The role requires regular travel within approximately 50 km whenever required for client meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote interior design and construction services.
- Meet clients and understand their requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams when required.
- Travel within approximately 50 km for sales and business development activities.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Minimum 2+ years of sales experience required.
- Experience in an Interior Design or Construction company is preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Passionate and confident about sales.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Must know how to drive.
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel within approximately 50 km whenever required.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
