We are looking for a AVP Business Development to lead our IT staffing sales efforts in the US and/or UK markets, working on an offshore-from-India delivery model. This is a high-ownership, founding-team role: you will drive client and vendor/MSP acquisition, build a partner network of sub-vendor staffing firms, negotiate rate spreads, and own client relationships end-to-end. You will be one of the first commercial hires and will directly shape how the business scales. '

Role & responsibilities

Client, Vendor & MSP Acquisition
- Identify and approach direct clients, prime vendors, and MSPs in target verticals across the US and/or UK
- Drive empanelment on VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, IQNavigator) or UK PSL/framework agreements
- Build a steady pipeline of relationships that generate recurring job orders not one-off transactions

Sub-Vendor / Partner Network Development
- Identify, vet, and onboard 1015 sub-vendor/partner staffing firms with active bench strength across relevant skill categories
- Negotiate partnership terms spread-sharing agreements, turnaround SLAs,



and quality standards for submitted profiles
- Continuously expand and categorize this network by skill specialization for quick, accurate matching against incoming requirements

Requirement & Job Order Management
- Receive, qualify, and prioritize job orders from client/MSP relationships (skill, rate, location, duration, visa/work authorization requirements)
- Route requirements to the right sub-vendor partners or internal recruiter based on skill fit
- Track the requirement-to-submission-to-placement funnel and drive urgency to keep deals moving

Rate Negotiation & Margin Management
- Negotiate client-side bill rates with vendors/MSPs and pay rates with sub-vendor partners
- Own the margin/spread on every placement balance profitability with market competitiveness
- Build and maintain a rate card by skill and experience level for both target markets
